1. How does your country define hazardous waste? Please explain the differences, if any, in your national hazardous waste definitions from the Basel Convention's definitions. There is no specific definition for hazardous waste. Wastes are defined generally as any residue from a production, processing or utilization process, any substance or material produced or more generally any movable and immovable goods abandoned or intended to be abandoned.
2. Does your country possess a national hazardous waste import prohibition law or policy?
