Please let us know of any other information which you feel is important in understanding your country's current position and status with respect to the above questions: Libyan Jamaheria is approaching all environmental conventions aims to the protection of the environment, and will do it's best to contribute the implementation of such agreement. The national legal processes for ratification are completely different from other systems because the popular committee in the Libyan Jamaheria are considered the design makers and all agreements should be pass through such committee.
